Specs, drawings, contracts, RFIs, submittals, COs, POs, daily logs, meeting transcripts, emails routed to the project. Each chunk includes valid_at for time-aware retrieval.

• Be specific. "What's blocking the 5/22 deck pour?" beats "what's going on?"
• Cite an entity if you can: "What does RFI 042 say about partitions?"
• Ask for evidence: "What did the owner approve in last week's OAC?" Pulse cites the meeting + timestamp.

If retrieval returns no relevant chunks, Pulse says "I don't have that information indexed" — not a guess. This is deliberate; check Documents tab to confirm the relevant files are imported.
