Meetings that build themselves.

Record any OAC, sub coord, owner check-in, or site walk. Trueleveler transcribes it, splits action items, decisions, and risks, and routes them to your trackers — every line clickable back to the exact 8 seconds of audio.

Action · Marcus: Stamp col-line drawings rev C, deliver to Walsh by Thu 5/16. → promoted to Tasks tracker automatically.

01 · How it works

Three minutes from end-of-meeting to minutes-in-hand.

02 · Why anchors matter

Trust through replay.

Every extracted item — every action, every decision, every risk — carries the exact [start_sec, end_sec] range of audio that produced it. Click any item to hear the moment it was said. The owner asks "did we agree to that?" — you click the chip, they hear it.

This is the difference between an AI tool and a documentation system. Construction runs on accountability. We made accountability replayable.

02b · The replay UI

Click the chip. Hear the moment.

The replay UI is a single interaction. Every action item, decision, and risk in the synthesized minutes carries an audio chip showing the exact time range it was extracted from. Click it — the audio cues up, the transcript scrolls to the line, the waveform highlights the window. That's it.

The audio stays in your project's encrypted storage. Owners get redacted-view links that play only the moments tied to the items they're reviewing — not the full meeting recording.

03 · Meeting types

Different meetings · different shapes.

OAC

Owner-Architect-Contractor

Schedule, RFIs, change orders. Auto-pulls open items from each tracker into the pre-meeting agenda.

Sub coord

Subcontractor coordination

Look-ahead, manpower, trade conflicts. Cross-trade dependencies flagged.

Site walk

Walk-thrus

Mobile capture mode. Photos + voice tagged by room. Feeds Punch List Drafter directly.

Owner

Owner meetings

Redacted view available — sub attribution and internal cost figures filtered. Owner sees softened summary.

Safety

Safety stand-downs

Crew acknowledgments captured. SWMS updates routed to insurance tracker.

Precon

Preconstruction handover

BIM coordination, logistics, RFQ schedule. Decisions promoted to milestones.

04 · What it captures

Action items. Decisions. Risks. Carryover.

Four output categories, every meeting:

05 · Privacy + retention

Recording consent. Project-scoped storage. Your retention rules.

Audio is sensitive. We handle it like the legal exhibit it sometimes becomes.

Consent

Audible disclosure at recording start

Default flow: the app plays an audible disclosure when recording begins ("This meeting is being recorded for project documentation"). Each attendee's voice is confirmed once they speak — tied to their assigned identity for diarization. Single-state consent jurisdictions, two-state, all configurable per project per state law.

Storage

Project-scoped, encrypted at rest

Audio files live in your project's private bucket, encrypted with project-specific keys. Never used to train shared models, never aggregated across firms. Transcripts and extracted action items are searchable inside the project; audio only plays for users with project access.

Retention

Your firm's rule, not ours

Defaults to 18 months for active projects, 7 years for closed (matches most construction document-retention policies). Configurable per project. Auto-purge triggers on closeout date + retention window. Manual delete available with audit-logged reasoning.

Redaction

Owner-view filters out internal speakers

When you share minutes with the owner, internal speakers (PE costs, sub margins, internal disputes) get filtered. Owner sees the action items, decisions, and risks that involve them — not the back-of-house. Configurable per meeting type and per recipient.

SOC 2 audit in progress (Q3 2026). DPA available on request. Single-tenant deployment available for firms with custom data-residency or air-gapped requirements.

★ · Pairs with

It works alone. It's better in a chain.

Most engines work standalone, but they're better when their output feeds the next engine. This one pairs especially well with:

Bring a real OAC recording to a 15-minute call. We'll transcribe and route it live.

30–90 minutes of audio, your actual project. We process it on the call — transcript, action items, decisions, risks — and you walk away with a structured set of minutes routed to your trackers. You keep the output.
