How does the AI categorize items by trade and priority?
Trueleveler reads every item, matches it to a CSI trade division based on language cues and context, and classifies priority into critical, high, medium, and low tiers. Location data is extracted when present so you can filter by floor or area.
Can I track items to closeout and export a final punch report?
Yes. Items flow from open to in-progress to closed, with resolution and close dates recorded on each one. The closeout dashboard shows completion percentage by trade, floor, and priority, and you can export an owner-ready PDF or CSV closeout report at any point.
Can field crews work the punch list from a phone?
