No capture rigs, no camera subscription
Reality-capture platforms want a 360 camera on a hardhat and an AI-capture subscription before you see a number. Trueleveler's input is the walk you already do and the drawings you already have. If you need photogrammetry-grade scans, those tools are genuinely better at that — this is progress tracking, not reality capture.
No Excel round-trip
Most progress tools end at an export. Here the percent complete lives in the same platform as the schedule and the pay app, so "pull into G703" is a click — not a Friday-afternoon copy-paste between three files.
Elevations are first-class
Facade, glazing, masonry, and roofing progress doesn't happen on a floor plan. Zones paint onto elevation sheets the same way they paint onto plans, so vertical trades get real quantity-weighted percentages too.

Do I have to paint every sheet?
No. Every sheet has a rough-estimate slider — drag it to your gut-feel percent and the sheet joins the project rollup immediately. Paint zones on the sheets where the money is, refine the rest over time, and the Progress view keeps rough-estimated and painted sheets clearly distinguished.
How does a painted zone become a percent complete?
Each zone carries a quantity, so percentages are quantity-weighted — a 12,000 SF zone moves the number twelve times more than a 1,000 SF closet. Each trade gets a rules-of-credit stage legend you can customize (for drywall: framed, hung, finished — each worth its share of the total), and count-based work is tracked as installed counts: 500 cleats on the roof plan, 320 installed, 64 percent.
How does progress get into my schedule and pay app?
Zones link to schedule activities and schedule-of-values lines — auto-linked by trade, adjustable by hand, with batch assign for the rest. One click pushes painted percentages into the linked Schedule activities and drafts the matching G703 pay-app lines. Nothing is re-keyed and nothing rides an Excel export.
Do I need capture hardware or a 360 camera subscription?
No. Progress is painted on the drawings you already have — flood-fill tap or corner-tap, on a laptop or a phone — during the walk you already do. There are no rigs to mount, no capture subscription, and it works on elevations as well as plans, so facade trades get real zones too.
Is my data secure?
Documents you submit for analysis are processed in memory and are not retained, and your data is never used to train AI models. Drawings and progress zones you save to your workspace stay in your private, encrypted storage, and document retention for cross-document search is opt-in and off by default.
