- Record. Hit the big red button on your iPhone, your Mac or Windows desktop, or the web. In-person meetings work great from any of them — for a Teams, Zoom, or other online call, get the Mac or Windows desktop app, which captures the call's system audio directly; the web and iPhone recorders only hear your microphone. Or upload a recording after the fact.
- Transcribe. Gemini 2.5 Flash transcribes with speaker diarization. You assign unknown speakers once; we remember their voice.
- Extract. Claude reads the transcript + your concurrent notes, splits action items / decisions / risks, attaches the audio anchor.
- Route. Action items become Tasks — already assigned to their owner, who gets notified in-app and by email. Decisions and risks get tagged with the RFI, CO, submittal, PO, drawing, or spec they reference, so you can jump straight to it. Every link is cited.
Trust through replay.
Every extracted item — every action, every decision, every risk — carries the exact [start_sec, end_sec] range of audio that produced it. Click any item to hear the moment it was said. The owner asks "did we agree to that?" — you click the chip, they hear it.

The replay UI is a single interaction. Every action item, decision, and risk in the synthesized minutes carries an audio chip showing the exact time range it was extracted from. Click it — the audio cues up, the transcript scrolls to the line, the waveform highlights the window. That's it.
The audio stays in your project's encrypted storage and plays only inside the in-app view, for users with project access. Owners get a no-login redacted-view link to the written minutes — action items, decisions, and risks with sub attribution and cost figures filtered out — not audio playback.

A reminder before you record
Getting consent is your responsibility as the person recording — recording a call without it may be unlawful where you or the other people are. Before each recording, the desktop app reminds you to tell everyone on the call and suggests a sentence you can read out. The iPhone and web recorders don’t show that reminder yet, so announce the recording yourself.
Project-scoped, encrypted at rest
Audio files are stored with your project in private, access-controlled storage, encrypted at rest. Never used to train shared models, never aggregated across firms. Transcripts and extracted action items are searchable inside the project; audio only plays for users with project access.
Your firm's rule, not ours
Defaults to 90 days, configurable per project up to 7 years (matches most construction document-retention policies). A legal hold exempts a project from auto-purge for as long as it's needed. Auto-purge runs nightly, dropping the raw audio once a recording passes its window — transcripts and extracted minutes are never affected. Manual delete available anytime.
Owner-view filters out internal speakers
When you share minutes with the owner, internal speakers (PE costs, sub margins, internal disputes) get filtered. Owner sees the action items, decisions, and risks that involve them — not the back-of-house. Configurable per meeting type and per recipient.
SOC 2 is on our roadmap. DPA available on request. Single-tenant deployment available for firms with custom data-residency or air-gapped requirements.
