Email bid intake — quotes land themselves

Every project can turn on a private forwarding address. Subs email their quotes, the attachments land in your bid inbox automatically, and "Level these" pulls them straight into Bid Leveling's vendor slots. No downloading, no re-uploading.

Public API and outbound webhooks

Read your projects and records over a documented REST API with scoped keys, and subscribe your own endpoints to signed event webhooks — both managed from Settings. Your data, reachable from your tools.

Measure on photos, and text markup that behaves

Scale, length, area, and count measurements now work on photo markups in the browser, matching the iPhone app. Text boxes resize from their corners with the type adapting to fit — on web and phone alike.

Progress painting — % complete from the drawings

Paint color-coded zones on any sheet or elevation — flood-fill a room or tap the corners — and Trueleveler turns them into quantity-weighted percent complete. One click pulls the % into schedule activities and G703 pay-app lines, with a top-level Progress view across sheets, trades, and the 60-day trend.

Installed-quantity tracking — progress you can count

Track installed units against the takeoff quantity — 500 cleats on the sheets, 320 in place, 64% complete — with per-trade rules-of-credit stage legends you can customize. The counted % feeds the same schedule and pay-app pulls as painted zones.

Scaled field sketching — a drawing when there is no drawing

Start a blank sheet at true architectural scale, imperial or metric, with square and isometric snap grids, live real-unit dimensions, and a scale bar on export. Takeoffs measure straight off the sketch — and full authoring works on the iPhone app.

The markup suite, rebuilt

Twelve industry material hatches, six drafting line types plus a spline tool, Area and flood-Fill tools, multi-select group editing, QuickShape, stamps, and dimension labels — plus sheet revision compare with overlay, split, and auto-clouded changes.

Assignments, threads, and free collaborator links

Every tracker record now takes an assignee, with in-app bell and batched email notifications and All/Mine filters. RFIs, submittals, COs, QA/QC, contracts, and schedule carry comment threads with @mentions — and outside parties respond through tracked links (architect RFI replies, live schedule shares, bid links) without consuming a seat.

Read-only viewers are now truly read-only on every screen, money approvals stay with the people who hold them, and each company's data stays strictly its own.

The ledger we shipped now reconciles to the penny. Cost actuals post on delivery (accrual, not when the invoice clears), deposits and partial shipments are handled correctly, vendor payments and pay-app reversals restate cleanly, and a one-click year-end close rolls the year into retained earnings.
