Plainer wording, clearer Team screens and a better phone app
The footer, the tab title and printed reports say just Trueleveler, Team permissions are in plain words with the right field-seat count, and on the phone the RFI question comes first, replies are signed with a name and the sheets follow your light or dark theme.

One slim bar replaces the three boxes that sat above the charts, so the first chart starts near the top of the page. The project and the dates are chips behind + Filter, and removing a tile now shows an Undo for eight seconds before anything is saved.

Enter your insurance, bonding, financials and safety hours once in Settings > Qualification data, then build the package a general contractor asks for as a PDF or a spreadsheet. Every blank says "Needs input", and the OSHA pages are a worksheet to help you fill in the forms, never a certified form.

Once a payment is on record, a purchase order's lines, tax, vendor and status are locked. Fix a mistake with Adjust this PO, which adds a dated correction beside the original, or take a wrong payment back with Reverse payment. Large ones wait for a second person to approve, and the original always stays on record.

Create T&M tickets, procurement items, QA/QC items and inspections in the field, see at a glance which insurance certificates have lapsed, and open the certificate or contract itself.

Rows, cards and controls that only answered a mouse click now work from the keyboard, the focus ring shows where you are, form fields have labels a screen reader can read out, low-contrast text was fixed in both themes, and small tap targets got bigger. The pages owners, GCs and subs open from emailed links got the same pass.

Exporting a daily log now opens a review step: drop a line, fix a typo, choose which photos go in and edit their captions — your changes apply to that PDF only, never to the log itself. Weather now works for back-dated logs too, even months back, and a trace of rain is recorded as trace instead of zero.

Request an export from Settings and get an email with a download link when it's ready: the projects you own, with their tracker records, daily logs, meetings, budgets, warranties and Documents files. A manifest inside names anything that isn't included yet, so the archive never claims to be more complete than it is.

Pick your company's trades by CSI division during setup or in Settings, and the engines that depend on it adjust: closeout checks look for the test reports and commissioning records your trade owes, submittal reviews for the certifications it must carry, scopes for what you furnish versus what's by others — and punch lists and daily logs use the words your crews use.

A single RFI, punch item, QA/QC finding, insurance certificate, permit, lien waiver, bond, task or budget cost code now exports as its own PDF, not only as part of the full register. And exported reports now carry your company logo, set in Settings, in place of ours.

Pay App Review now reads a sub's billing against your schedule and daily-log crew counts, flags lines whose percent complete jumps from the last review, and checks retainage against the subcontract you pick. Change Order Review looks for work already paid on approved T&M tickets, and the quote, PO and invoice comparisons flag changed retainage, delivery and warranty terms, T&M rate creep, not-to-exceed overruns and marked-up materials.

My Work now has an Approvals section: change orders, T&M tickets, submittals and owner pay apps waiting on you, plus payment approvals if you're the one who signs them off. Command Center adds tiles for approvals, pending change orders, pay apps outstanding and open deadlines, and deadlines and pay apps can now be assigned to a person.

Send a subcontractor a link and they upload their certificate themselves, no account needed — nothing becomes a record until you accept it. You can also upload a stack of certificates at once and check each one before it's created — photos as well as PDFs — set each project's contract minimums to flag underinsured subs, and track Builder's Risk.

Link a schedule activity to an RFI or change order, and when it is answered or approved with a schedule impact, Trueleveler proposes the date shift for you to accept or dismiss — every accepted shift is logged. The schedule share link now opens an interactive Gantt with the critical path for an owner's rep or sub, no login needed.

Set your company up as a subcontractor and change orders, RFIs and T&M tickets get a Send to GC button, and any submittal can be sent for review. Your GC answers, approves or returns it from an emailed link — no account needed — and the response lands back on your record. Subs can draft their own pay application too, and GCs can invite a sub onto a project to see just their own items.
