Exports & reports

An export is a copy of an engine result or tracker that you take out of Trueleveler as a PDF, Excel or CSV file. Engine results print or export as PDF, the comparison engines and most trackers also export CSV or Excel, and PDFs share one house style with your company logo.

What formats can I export to?

Engine results print or export as PDF; Excel and CSV are available from the comparison engines and from most trackers. The table shows what each format is for and where it is available.

PDF exports

All PDF exports share a consistent house style: your company logo (set in Settings), engine name as the header, structured sections with clear hierarchy, and a footer with project name, date, and session ID for traceability. Page-break-aware — sections don't split mid-paragraph.

XLSX exports

XLSX exports preserve structure across multiple sheets. For Bid Leveling, column ordering mirrors the on-screen view. Totals rows (e.g., Bid Leveling) are computed at export time and written as static values — editing a line-item price afterward in Excel will not recompute them.

Do exports have reviewer sign-off?

No. There is no reviewer sign-off step. The PM Handoff Report, Contract Review and Pay App Review exports carry no sign-off or signature block; if you need one, add it to the PDF or the printed copy yourself.

Can I add my company branding to exports?

Yes. Your company logo + accent color + letterhead are configurable in Settings. All exports use these as the default branding.
