What you see
Daily Log is a day-by-day journal of everything that happened on a project. A clickable day strip across the top picks the active date; below, entries group by category (Weather, Crew, Work in place, Deliveries, Visitors, Issues, Safety, Equipment, General). Each entry shows content, severity (info / minor / major / critical), location, and optional related trade or vendor.
Three ways to add
Voice add: dictate the day on-site ("Crew of 8 carpenters today, MEP delivery at 10am, near-miss with the forklift at the south entrance") — Gemini extracts multiple entries and categorizes each. Video add: same as voice, with a 60-second video clip attached. + Add entry: typed entry from a desk, with full control over category / severity / location / trade / vendor / date.
Photo & video attachments
Each entry can carry up to 20 photo or video clips. Drop them on the manual-add modal or capture by voice/video. Every photo is AI-tagged at upload (description + tags + multimodal embedding) so it's searchable in plain English from the Media tracker.
