Procurement tracker · guide
The Procurement tracker guide is the reference for the rules behind the tracker's stages, float days and row actions. Items move strictly forward through Bid, PO, Submittal, Fab, Shipped, On-site and Installed, and going back creates a stage_revert event and flags risk. Float days are forecast delivery minus ROJ, recomputed nightly and on every stage change.
What are the procurement stage rules?
Strictly forward: Bid → PO → Submittal → Fab → Shipped → On-site → Installed. Going back (e.g. Shipped → Fab for re-fab) creates a stage_revert event and flags risk.
How is float calculated?
Float days = forecast delivery − ROJ. Negative float surfaces in red. Recomputed nightly + on every stage change. Feeds Schedule Risk.
What do the row actions do?
New PO opens the PO Generator. Issue PO sends it. Expedite drafts a vendor email pre-filled with the ROJ. Substitute opens the Substitution Recommender.
