- What happens after the Founding 25 cohort fills? The Pro tier returns to $199/mo for new signups. If you're already locked at $99 founding, that rate is yours for the lifetime of your subscription — we don't grandfather upward.
- Can I downgrade or cancel? Yes, any time. No long-term contracts. Cancel and your data exports cleanly. We never hold your data hostage.
- Does it integrate with QuickBooks, Procore, Sage, or Autodesk? QuickBooks Online connects directly — Settings → Integrations → Connect, then your chart of accounts maps to your job cost codes with a sync preview before anything posts. Purpose-built Procore/Autodesk connectors are on the roadmap (no firm date to announce yet); Sage support today is a one-click General Ledger export in Sage's import format. For any of these, you can also export as PDF or XLSX and drop it straight in, or build your own integration on the read-only public REST API with outgoing webhooks — create a key under Settings → Integrations → API keys (owners and admins).
- Do subs, owners, and outside collaborators need seats? No. External collaborators are free on every tier — RFI respond links, live schedule shares, ITB bid links, and a read-only portal, with viewed status, reminders, and one-click revoke. Seats are only for your own team.
- Who owns the data I upload? You do. Always. Our terms explicitly state we claim no rights to your project data and never use it for model training or any secondary purpose.
- What about overages? Nothing punitive. You'll get an in-app heads-up at 80% of usage. We never auto-charge — you choose to upgrade or wait for your next cycle.
