Projects
Every bit of data in Trueleveler is scoped to a project. Create, switch, archive, and manage them from the Projects view.
What you see
Projects view lists every project you have access to, grouped by active vs archived. The active project (highlighted in the top bar) is what every other view reads from. Click any project row to switch.
Every control

Switch active projectClick a project row. All sidebar views immediately reflect the new active project.
Archive projectMoves to the archived section. Data is preserved; the project just stops appearing in the default picker. Undo anytime.

Edit project detailsRename, change description, change role or defaults.
Delete projectSoft-delete (recoverable for 30 days) — requires confirmation. Owner role only.

Quotas + access
Project count per plan: Free 3, Trial 10, Pro 10, Business 30, Enterprise unlimited. Access is controlled per organization — see Team & roles.
Common workflows
- New bid: create a project per bid, archive if you lose the award, convert to the active project if you win.
- Multi-phase project: one project per phase, or one per sub-package — whichever matches your contract structure.
- Template: set up a project with default vendors + settings, duplicate it for each new job.
