Punch List
Punch List is the engine that extracts every noted defect or incomplete item from a closeout walkthrough into a structured list. Each item gets a description, trade responsibility, location, severity and suggested close-out action, and the list imports into the Punch List tracker for assignment and completion tracking.

What does the Punch List engine do?
Punch List extracts every noted defect or incomplete item from a closeout walkthrough input — marked-up plans, inspection memo, photos with annotations — into a structured list: item description, trade responsibility, location/room, severity, and suggested close-out action. Output imports to the Punch List tracker for assignment and completion tracking.
When should I use the Punch List engine?
Use the Punch List engine after a substantial-completion walkthrough, to convert an owner's marked-up drawings into an actionable close-out list, or to capture an inspector's punch list into the tracker without retyping.
