Submittal Tracker is the live table of every submittal required on a project, tracked from spec extraction through architect approval. Each row carries the number, description, type, spec reference, responsible party, ball-in-court, submitted and returned dates, status, revision number and attachments, and each submittal moves through a status cycle from Not Started to Closed.
