Send to Vendor

Once a PO's PDF is generated, email it straight to the vendor's contact on file with one click — no need to download and attach it yourself. The reply-to is your own address, so a vendor confirming receipt replies directly to you. A PO with no vendor email on file can't be sent this way until one is added.

How does the Procurement Tracker summarize budget?

Top of the view: total budget, committed (sum of procurement items), uncommitted, over/under, delivered percentage. Budget is configurable per project.

How do items get into the Procurement Tracker?

Most items land here via the Procurement Tracker engine (from SOV / BOM / Bid Leveling export) rather than manual entry.
