What you see
Project Pulse is a single-project dashboard showing an overall health score (0–100) rolled up from six weighted categories. Each category has its own drill-down with contributing engine sessions, tracker state, and recommendations.

How the score is computed
Each category contributes a sub-score weighted by the category weight. The sub-score reflects completeness (e.g., are all required submittals tracked?), flags (e.g., critical-severity items open), and velocity (e.g., RFI response times vs targets). Weighted sum × normalization = 0–100 overall score.
