Project Pulse
Project Pulse is a single-project dashboard that rolls a project's health up into one score from 0 to 100. The score is a weighted sum of six categories, documents, procurement, financial, changes, schedule and safety, and each category drills down to the engine sessions and tracker state behind it.

How is the Pulse score computed?
Each category contributes a sub-score weighted by the category weight. The sub-score reflects completeness (e.g., are all required submittals tracked?), flags (e.g., critical-severity items open), and velocity (e.g., RFI response times vs targets). Weighted sum × normalization = 0–100 overall score.
