Settings

Every field in the settings panel explained — profile, branding, defaults, tolerances, notifications, API keys, integrations.

Where to find it

Sidebar → Settings. Some fields apply to your user account, some to your organization — clearly marked with a scope badge.

Profile

Full name

Shown on exports and invites.

Email

Your login email. Change requires email confirmation.

Password

Change via the change-password flow. Two-factor coming soon.

Role (default)

GC / Sub / Material Supplier / Owner Rep. Used as default for Contract Review and similar role-aware engines.

Company / branding

Company name

Appears in PDF exports as the solicitor / reviewer.

Company logo

PNG / JPG / SVG (recommended). Shown on PDF exports + RFQ headers.

Accent color

Header/accent color in exports. Defaults to Trueleveler blue.

Default currency

USD, EUR, GBP, CHF, CAD, AUD, SEK, NOK, DKK, PLN. Used for engine display + export formatting.

Default units

Imperial / Metric. Drives engine unit conversion defaults.

Engine defaults

Mismatch tolerance

Percentage deviation Bid Leveling uses to flag outliers. Default 10%. Lower = stricter (more flags); higher = looser.

Contract review role

Default role used by Contract Review if you don't override per-run.

RFQ Incoterm

Default Incoterm for new RFQs. Blank = vendor-responsibility prompt.

Locale

Language + regional formatting for engine outputs. English US default.

Notifications

Email: tracker deadlines

30 / 60 / 90-day alerts on COI expiry, RFI overdue, submittal due.

Email: engine session saved

Daily digest of engine runs across your org.

Email: new team member joined

Org-owner/admin only.

Email: billing events

Monthly invoice, quota reset, plan changes.

Integrations

CSV export/import available for every tracker. Direct integrations with Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, QuickBooks on the Enterprise roadmap — contact support for early access.

API keys

Enterprise users can generate personal API keys in Settings > API. Keys are secret, revocable, per-user scoped. Rate limits: 1000 req/hr per key.

Data & privacy

Export my data

ZIP with every project, session, tracker, and document you have access to. Triggered on demand; delivered via email when ready.

Delete account

Schedules account deletion with a 30-day recovery window. Organization data persists until the org owner also deletes.
