When does Trueleveler offer to convert an RFI to a change order?
When the architect's response to a sent RFI requires a cost delta, you decide that it needs a change order. The tracker does not detect cost-impact language on its own and has no Convert to CO button.
What happens when I convert an RFI to a change order?
Use the RFI Triggers Change Order? next step to open Change Order Review with the RFI carried in. You then review the pricing and entitlement and raise the change order in the Change Order tracker.
