Below 70% confidence on a drafted field, we leave it blank with a "?" prompt. Above 70% we fill it; above 95% we mark it auto-fill-safe (you can still edit). PM corrections feed eval.
Every field is editable. Hovering shows the AI source and the citation. On send, we route per the contract's ball-in-court clause.
