v3.10
May 23, 2026
PDF exports v2 · Tracker export standardization · Design handover gap closure
- 25 PDF design specs all wired — every Claude Design v2.0 PDF template from the May-23 design handoff is registered server-side. 8 engine PDFs (Contract Review, RFI Drafter, Schedule Risk, Pay App Review, Submittal Reviewer, Meetings, Project Pulse, Pulse Q&A Export) plus a generic
tracker-register.jstemplate that handles 13 tracker + specialty IDs (tasks · rfi · submittals · procurement · schedule-gantt · insurance-compliance · media-photo-log · meeting-minutes-signoff · vendor-profile · engine-history-export · project-dashboard-snapshot · co-review-variance). - Tracker export dropdowns standardized — every tracker (Procurement, CO, RFI, Negotiations, Punch List, Vendors, Insurance/COI, Tasks, Schedule, Submittals) now has the same Export ▾ dropdown with CSV + PDF options. The dropdown opens with click, closes on outside-click, and dispatches the right export per the active tracker. Replaces the prior mix of flat buttons and inconsistent labels.
- PDF register exports — clicking "PDF" on any tracker downloads a tracker-state register PDF grouped meaningfully (CO by verdict · RFI by open/recent · Negotiations by status · Punch by priority · Vendors by trade · Insurance by compliance status · Tasks by assignee · Submittals by status).
- Procurement deep-dive cleanup — renamed the confusing "PO active" stage section in the Items tab to "On order" (was visually colliding with the top-level "Purchase Orders" tab). Removed the Import button (auto-imports still work via submittal-extractor flow). Export consolidated to the standardized dropdown.
- 13 new help articles from the Design handover — meetings-voice-synthesis · submittal-reviewer-engine · schedule-risk-engine · rfi-drafter-engine · pay-app-review · daily-log-synth-engine · warranty-compiler-engine · asbuilt-reconciler-engine · bid-vs-actual-engine · meetings-tracker · emails-tracker · engine-history · mobile-capture.
- Homepage news drip — new "★ Shipping log" section between the hero and the Platform browser surfaces the 3 latest platform updates (Voice → Minutes, Project Pulse, Schedule Risk).
- Taxonomy fix across the marketing site — "19 engines + 6 productivity tools" replaced with "25 engines + 8 trackers" everywhere; SoftwareApplication JSON-LD featureList expanded to the full canonical 33-entry taxonomy; Voice Synthesis (Meetings) added to the help engines index.
- Migration 132 — fixed the latent
market_check_bidsRPC type mismatch (PERCENTILE_CONT returns double precision but the function declared NUMERIC). Surfaced during H7 audit verification post-mig-131; the benchmark feature was effectively broken until now. - Migration 131 — closed the
historical_bidscross-tenant RLS leak (H7 audit gap). Direct table reads are now org-scoped; the benchmark RPC still sees the full cross-tenant pool via SECURITY DEFINER. - Tasks list polish — integrated column-header row (TASK · SOURCE · DUE · OWNER) at the top of the list card; source-chip references truncated to 8-char UUID prefix (was overflowing the column).
- 7 new resource pages from the SEO content roadmap — Prevailing Wage & Davis-Bacon · Construction Dispute Prevention · AI & Digital Transformation in Construction · Sustainable Construction Procurement · Construction Compliance & Regulatory Hub · Construction Technology Buyer's Guide · Small Contractor Procurement. Closes 18/18 of the resource roadmap.
v3.10 is the design-handover closure release. Every PDF template from the Claude Design v2.0 batch is wired, every tracker has a standardized Export dropdown, and the live marketing site is reconciled to the canonical "25 engines + 8 trackers" taxonomy. Two Supabase migrations (131 + 132) close the historical_bids audit gap and fix a latent benchmark-RPC type mismatch. 13 new help articles ship in
/help/ covering the new engines + workspace views. The remaining design-handover work (12 P1 engine-page refreshes, OG image generation, marketing video) is the v3.11 backlog.
v3.9
May 23, 2026
Resource Library Expansion & Security Hardening
- Six new long-form resource pages joined the SEO library — Prevailing Wage & Davis-Bacon, Construction Dispute Prevention, AI & Digital Transformation in Construction, Sustainable Construction Procurement (Buy Clean / LEED v5), Construction Compliance & Regulatory Hub (12-regime map), and the Construction Technology Buyer's Guide. Each follows the established Blueprint Amber visual language, includes Schema.org Article + BreadcrumbList structured data, and ties back to specific Trueleveler engines.
- Tasks list view polish: integrated column-header row (TASK · SOURCE · DUE · OWNER) at the top of the list card, and source-chip references now collapse Supabase UUIDs to first-8 prefix (e.g. "PO-c0000000" instead of the full 36-char UUID) so the source column stays compact.
- Migration 131 closes audit gap H7: historical_bids RLS no longer exposes "was_awarded = true" rows cross-tenant. The market_check_bids RPC continues working unchanged because it's declared SECURITY DEFINER and bypasses RLS for aggregate queries — benchmark feature intact, raw-row exfiltration vector closed.
- Home-page nav flyout surfaces all six new pages under a new "Compliance & Strategy" sub-label so they're discoverable without going through the sitemap.
v3.9 follows v3.8 on the same day — the engineering marathon kept rolling into a focused content + security batch after the major engine work landed. The resource-page additions complete 17 of the 18 pages on the original SEO content roadmap (the 18th, Modular/Prefab Procurement, sits in the backlog as a niche P3). Migration 131's historical_bids lockdown was a deferred item from the May 9 audit; the prior migration (129) noted that the benchmark RPC needed cross-tenant visibility but didn't recognize that SECURITY DEFINER already bypasses RLS — this release corrects that gap by tightening the policy to org-only while leaving the aggregate benchmark unchanged.
v3.8

Negotiation Intelligence, CO Review Engine & 16 Claude Design PDFs
- Negotiation Intelligence Module: Brand-new tracker for live vendor negotiations. Open a session, log every touchpoint (call · email · in-person), record the vendor's response, and capture the $ / schedule delta. AI coach surfaces opening moves, anchor points, resistance handling, and walk-away triggers tailored to one of six focus modes (Discount · Delivery · Terms · Scope Lock · Substitution · Relationship).
- Vendor Profile aggregator: Every closed session feeds a per-vendor profile — responsiveness score, flexibility score, average concession %, and inferred common tactics (stonewalling · incremental concessions · delivery padding · overhead inflation). The next negotiation with that vendor opens with sharper coaching grounded in their history.
- Voice dictation on touchpoints: Walk out of a vendor call and dictate the notes — the browser's built-in speech recognition transcribes "Our position" and "Vendor response" fields live, no extra typing.
- Change Order Review engine modernized: Engine 7 (CO Review) now writes a structured record to the change_orders table per run — verdict, recommended $, savings, manipulation flags, cited clauses. New Change Orders sidebar tracker lists every analyzed CO with one-click Export PDF, Push to Schedule (auto-creates a tagged slip), and Negotiate (opens a pre-filled negotiation session).
- RFI citations persistence: Drafter-emitted citations now persist to a dedicated rfi_citations table. Tracker rows surface a 🔖 N chip when an RFI has cited evidence; modal Citations section lets the PM add manual references (source · page · quote) for audit-ready evidence trails.
- 16 engine result PDFs upgraded: Bid Leveling · Scope Check · PM Handoff · Bid vs Actual · RFQ Generator · Scope Builder · PO vs Quote · PO vs Invoice · Quote vs Invoice · Submittal Extractor · Punch List Drafter · Daily Log Synthesis · Equipment Scheduler · Warranty Compiler · Closeout Builder · As-built Reconciler — all now download Claude Design-specced PDFs instead of opening a print-preview window. Templates pull structured engine data so layouts stay consistent regardless of result shape.
- Project Dashboard Negotiation KPIs: Three new tiles (ACTIVE · WON 30D · SAVED YTD) sit alongside the existing Procurement KPI strip, each clickable to deep-link into the Negotiations tracker filtered to that state.
- Org-aware RLS for team workspaces: Voice recordings, audio anchors, and the delivery receipts table all now flow through the organization-membership policy so teammates can collaborate on shared projects without losing row-level isolation across orgs.
- Pulse Q&A auto-reindex: Newly-created RFIs, analyzed COs, and disputed COs automatically refresh the project's Q&A retrieval corpus — no more manual reindex clicks before asking "what was decided last week."
- 7 quality-of-life features: Submittals "My BIC queue" tab · Insurance tracker row drawer + kebab menu · Schedule "Tag cause" chips on behind rows · Tasks bulk reassign / re-due typeahead picker · Daily Log PDF export · Meetings speaker diarization · RFI Drafter per-field confidence chips with mandatory citation slot for low-confidence fields.
- Cross-engine fixes: Bid vs Actual · Schedule Risk · Pay App Review all now read the correct procurement + change_orders column names — three silent "empty rollup" bugs closed in one audit pass.
v3.8 is the largest single release since launch — 36 commits introducing the Negotiation Intelligence Module (the biggest revenue lever on the post-audit roadmap), modernizing Change Order Review into a server-side engine with full tracker integration, and finishing the migration of every engine result panel onto Claude Design's PDF template system. Five Supabase migrations (126: rfi_citations · 127: CO analysis columns · 128: negotiation schema · 129: org-aware RLS · 130: NUMERIC widening for mega-project COs) shipped alongside. Cross-engine reads (Bid vs Actual, Schedule Risk, Daily Log Synthesis, Pay App Review) all caught up to the live column names after a follow-up audit surfaced three silent failure modes. The Negotiation Module's "closed-loop" story spans Bid Leveling → new negotiation session pre-filled with the recommended vendor → AI coaching with vendor profile history → close-won feeds the next negotiation's coach.

v3.7
April 26, 2026
Blueprint App Rollout, Skeleton Loading & Lighthouse 100s
- Blueprint App design system: The full app — sidebar, header, project dashboard, engine results, doc chat, charts, modals — now wears the same Blueprint Amber identity as the landing page, with mono section labels, amber active states, and a unified focus ring on every interactive element.
- Skeleton loading on dashboards: Project and company dashboards now show shimmer placeholders while content loads, replacing the moment of empty-screen flicker on first visit and re-renders.
- AT A GLANCE grid lock: Project dashboard stat cards now lock to a 2-column layout that always fits the right rail — the "Savings Found" card no longer clips on default desktop widths.
- Subcontractor Prequalification guide: New long-form resource on prequalifying subs — financial review, safety record, EMR thresholds, and the documents to collect before bid day.
- i18n expansion: 35+ more strings translated across all 10 supported languages — sidebar breadcrumbs, toast messages, empty-state primitives, and AI-confidence badges all read in your active locale.
- Lighthouse 100/100/100: Accessibility, Best Practices, and SEO all hit perfect scores on the homepage. Performance follows close behind.
- Platform Atlas SEO: /how-trueleveler-works now ships structured-data markup so Google can surface engine details and FAQ entries in rich results.
- Mobile + print pass: Tighter mobile breakpoints across modals, sidebars, and dashboards, plus cleaner print styles for tracker PDFs and engine result exports.
- Visual fixes: How It Works dropdown nav now renders correctly (it had been collapsing into raw blue links on the live page). Paper-section headlines are visually amber again — the previous shade was darkened past what the WCAG large-text rule actually requires.
The v3.7 release brings the app surface in line with the landing page identity. Every shell element — sidebar, header, modals, charts, breadcrumbs — now uses the Blueprint Amber tokens, mono section labels, and the unified focus ring system. Skeleton loaders smooth out the dashboard reload moment, and the AT A GLANCE stat grid is locked to a deterministic 2-column layout so wide values like savings totals never clip out of the box. A new long-form resource on subcontractor prequalification joins the guide library. SEO got a structured-data pass: rich-result markup landed on the Platform Atlas, sitemap orphans closed, and meta descriptions tightened to within Google's recommended length. Internally, the design audit's 5-phase token migration completed (legacy <code>--blue-*</code> aliases moved to <code>--accent-amber-*</code> across the codebase) so future contrast and theme adjustments have a single source of truth.
v3.6
April 21, 2026
Tracker PDFs, Schedule Impact & Platform Hardening
- Tracker PDF exports: Generate branded PDF reports from the Punch List, RFI, and Insurance trackers with one click. Photos are auto-downsampled so even photo-heavy punch lists fit within serverless limits.
- Schedule Impact in Change Orders: CO analysis now surfaces days of schedule impact alongside cost so you can answer the liquidated-damages question directly from the summary bar.
- 10-vendor bid leveling: Level up to 10 vendor quotes in a single run (up from 5) to match real trade-package bid spreads on mid-size projects.
- Dark mode follows your OS: Theme switches live when you change macOS or Windows appearance settings — no reload needed.
- Procurement toolbar fixes: CSV import is now visible in the toolbar so you can bring existing POs from a spreadsheet. The non-functional "Open in Sheets" button was removed in favor of Export CSV.
- GDPR data export pagination: Personal-data export now returns up to 50,000 rows per table (previously capped silently at 1,000) — full history even on heavily-used projects.
- Faster dashboard reloads: Recent activity is cached for 60 seconds with invalidation on new events, so repeat dashboard visits load instantly.
- Accessibility sweep: Every modal now has an accessible name for screen readers, all sidebar navigation buttons are labeled, the language picker is fully keyboard-accessible, and focus rings meet WCAG 3:1 contrast on dark backgrounds.
- Language attribute sync: The <html lang> attribute now updates instantly when you switch between the 10 supported languages, so screen readers pick the correct voice profile automatically.
- Free-trial signup clarity: The 14-day trial call-to-action now lands directly on the Create Account tab, and provider attribution is shown on free-trial analysis results.
The v3.6 release focuses on closing user-reported gaps and hardening the platform. Beta testers asked for Schedule Impact in Change Orders and tracker-level PDF exports — both shipped. Procurement import friction, a hidden import button and a non-functional "Open in Sheets" button, is resolved. A large accessibility sweep brings the app within reach of WCAG 2.1 AA: every modal is announced by name, every sidebar button is labeled, the language picker is fully keyboard-accessible, and focus rings are visible on dark backgrounds. Under the hood, plan-limit enforcement was unified across three API endpoints, GDPR data export scales to 50,000 rows per table, and photo-heavy PDF reports now gzip and auto-downsample so they fit within serverless payload limits.
v3.5
April 12, 2026
Team Collaboration, Mobile & Dashboards
- Team collaboration: Invite team members via email to share projects, procurement, submittals, and vendor data across your organization
- Company + Project Dashboard: Separate company-wide overview (overdue items, health scores, suggestions) and per-project dashboard with active alerts and action items
- Usage tracker: Always-visible progress ring in the header showing your monthly AI run usage with detailed breakdown on click
- Mobile support: Full responsive layout for phones and tablets across all pages, trackers, and modals
- Procurement workflow: Items, RFQs, and Purchase Orders displayed in a clean 3-zone vertical layout with unified search
- Project card actions: Quick-access menu on each project card for editing and changing status. At Risk status is now automatic when project health drops below 60

- Overdue tracking: Company Dashboard surfaces overdue items from procurement and submittals across all active projects
- Document counts: Document page now shows total count including AI analysis results alongside uploaded files
The v3.5 release makes Trueleveler team-ready. Team members share a unified view of all project data through organization-level access. The split dashboard gives executives a bird's-eye view while PMs get project-specific alerts with actionable next steps. Health scores now compute automatically across all project views. Mobile support covers all screen sizes from large monitors down to small phones.
v3.4
April 8, 2026
Punch List Redesign & 10-Dimension Project Health
- Punch List redesign: Professional modal forms with photo upload, drag-and-drop, trade/type dropdowns, inline status changes, and a shareable report with photo viewer
- Punch List sharing: Print, download, email, or copy reports — share directly with clients and subs
- 10-dimension Pulse score: Project health now measures 10 dimensions including Punch List, RFI Management, and Insurance Compliance using live tracker data
- AI Recommendations: Pulse alerts flag specific overdue items, critical deficiencies, and expired insurance with direct links to fix them
- Persistent tracker data: Punch List, RFI, and COI tracker items now persist across sessions
- Updated onboarding: 5-step guided tour reflects current platform capabilities
The v3.4 release is focused on closeout workflows and project health visibility. The Punch List tracker was rebuilt with professional forms, photo management, and shareable reports. The Pulse health score was expanded to 10 dimensions that pull live data from all 5 trackers, and AI recommendations now generate specific, actionable alerts instead of generic summaries.
v3.3
April 5, 2026
Faster AI, Better UX & Accessibility
- Faster analysis: Optimized document processing reduces AI analysis time significantly for large construction documents
- Smooth loading: Shimmer placeholders and animated progress bars show real-time status during AI analysis

- Security improvements: Enhanced protection across authentication, payments, and API endpoints
The v3.3 release focuses on speed, polish, and accessibility. Document analysis runs faster through smarter text processing. The progress bar provides smooth visual feedback during long analyses. Security was hardened across all endpoints, and accessibility was improved to meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
v3.2
April 4, 2026
Pay App Financial Controls
- Retainage analysis: Pay App Review now surfaces retainage rate, amount held, contract value, and flags discrepancies between the pay app and contract terms
- Cumulative billing tracker: Displays prior periods, this-period amounts, running total, percent complete, and balance to finish — with front-loading detection
- Lien waiver checklist: Verifies prior unconditional waiver, current conditional waiver, and sub-tier waiver status with clear pass/fail indicators
- AIA compliance badge: Instant compliance indicator for AIA G702/G703 format requirements
- SOV overbilling flags: Lists specific Schedule of Values line items where billed percentage exceeds documented completion
- Stored materials & prevailing wage flags: Highlights when stored materials are claimed or prevailing wage documentation should be verified
The Pay Application Review engine now renders a full financial controls panel alongside the line-item table. Retainage, cumulative billing, and lien waiver data were already being extracted by the AI but were not displayed — this release brings them to the surface as structured panels with colour-coded status indicators. Front-loading patterns, retainage discrepancies, and missing waivers all trigger prominent warnings. AIA compliance, SOV overbilling flags, stored materials claims, and prevailing wage requirements are surfaced as status badges above the red flags section.
v3.1
April 4, 2026
