Synthesizes daily logs across crews (forms, voice notes, photos), weather data (NOAA API), and the schedule slice for the day into one project-wide daily summary. Flags activities that should have happened but have no log entry.
One page per day. Shows each crew's contribution + a project-wide narrative + weather impact + flagged "no-log" gaps.
The engine compares scheduled activities to filed logs. If a crew was supposed to be on-site but didn't file a log, the entry is flagged in red on the day's report. Owner sees the gap before you do.
Workspace policy controls whether owner sees the same daily synth or a redacted version. Default: same content; redaction is opt-in per project.
