Voice Synthesis records project meetings (OAC, sub coord, owner check-ins, site walks) and produces audio-anchored minutes. Every action item, decision, and risk extracted from the transcript carries a ▶ MM:SS chip back to the exact moment in audio.
Two modes: Granola-class (quiet capture · transcript + your concurrent notes) and Otter-class (live AI extraction streaming alongside the transcript).
First time the diarizer hears a speaker on a project, the transcript shows speaker_3. Tap and assign that speaker once; we remember the voice for future meetings on the same project.
Fingerprints are project-scoped and follow the project's audio retention policy. Workspace admins can disable fingerprinting per project.
The minutes view shows three extracted lists:
Click Finalize to lock the minutes and trigger downstream tracker writes. Action items hit Tasks within 10 seconds. Risks above severity HIGH trigger a Schedule Risk re-run.
Every extracted item has an AnchorChip showing the audio timestamp. Click and the audio scrubber seeks to that moment, plays for the spanned range, then pauses. The item card highlights for 600ms.
This is the trust foundation: anything Voice Synthesis extracted can be replayed back to the moment it was said. Useful when memory disagrees with notes — and inevitable.
If the meeting visibility is team_plus_owner, owner-side users see a redacted view. The workspace policy controls which fields are filtered:
The redaction model uses an LLM pass; PMs can override per-item before finalize.
On iPad or phone, swipe to Field walk mode. Offline-first: audio buffers locally and syncs when Wi-Fi returns. Items can be tagged inline (Punch · RFI · Risk · Photo) and route to the matching tracker.
Best for site walks, safety stand-downs, and walk-thrus. Don't use field-walk mode for sit-down meetings — Granola-class quiet mode is better there.
OAC meeting: set type=oac. Pulse pulls open RFIs and submittals into the pre-meeting agenda. Decisions resolving open RFIs auto-close them.
Sub coord: set type=sub_coord. Action items default to sub assignees. Carryover from prior sub-coords appears in the post-meeting view.
Site walk: field-walk mode on mobile. Items default to Punch List tracker with location auto-detected from EXIF.
