iPad and phone capture mode for site walks, safety stand-downs, walk-thrus, and field meetings. Offline-first; audio + photos buffer locally and sync when Wi-Fi returns.
The Trueleveler app on iPad or phone is React Native (Expo · iOS + Android). Sign in with your workspace credentials.
From the home screen, swipe to Field walk · select the project · select the walk type (Punch · RFI · Safety · General).
If you're in a basement, an elevator shaft, or a slab pour with no signal: capture continues. Audio buffers locally (encrypted with the workspace key) until connectivity returns.
The status bar shows current buffer size and sync progress. The app keeps recording until you stop or the device storage hits 90%.
After tap-stop or end-of-walk, you get a swipeable review screen:
If multiple speakers are present (a coordination walk with 3 subs), the on-device diarizer separates them. First time it hears a voice, you're asked to assign a name once. The voice fingerprint is workspace-scoped per project.
Apple Watch · tap the Trueleveler complication to start recording without unlocking the phone. Useful when your hands are full of plans or you're walking the roof.
Available on iOS only; Android Wear support is v2.
