RFI Drafter

01 · Engines

What it does

Detects spec/drawing conflicts and field questions raised in meetings — then drafts a complete RFI: question, justification, proposed resolution, cost & schedule exposure, routing.

Confidence threshold

Every drafted field has a confidence score. Below 70%, the field renders empty with a "?" prompt. Above 70% the field is filled. Above 95% confidence the field auto-fills — though PM can still edit.

PM corrections feed the eval pipeline · the model gets better at this firm's style over time.

Editing before send

Every field is editable. Hover any AI-generated field to see the source and the citation. On send, the RFI routes per the contract's ball-in-court clause (typically architect for design questions, owner for cost questions, EOR for structural questions).

Auto-conversion to CO

When the architect's response comes back accepting a cost delta, the engine offers to pre-fill a CO. Click "Convert to CO" → opens the CO Drafter with the RFI resolution, spec section, and cost basis preloaded.
