Importing your project data
Importing your project data is a drag-and-drop job. Drop a folder of specs and drawings to index them into Project Pulse, contracts to get an automatic Contract Review, a vendor CSV and COI PDFs to load vendors and certificates, and a P6, MS Project or native schedule so Schedule Risk can index its activities and predecessors.
How do I import specs and drawings?
Bulk-drop a folder. PDFs are indexed into Project Pulse and embedded — that path runs OCR, so scanned PDFs are read too. Page-level citations work immediately. Re-import a revision and Doc Compare auto-runs the diff.
How do I import contracts?
Drop AIA A101+A201, ConsensusDocs 200, DBIA, EJCDC, or your custom MSA. Contract Review runs automatically; you get a risk-tagged review on the first page open.
How do I import vendors and COIs?
CSV import for vendors. For COIs, drop the cert PDFs and we OCR each one against your trade-specific minimums.
How do I import a schedule?
P6 XER, MS Project XML, or our native scheduler. Once imported, Schedule Risk indexes activities + predecessors.
