Working with Procore
Working with Procore is an export-and-upload workflow today, because automatic data sync is not live yet. You can connect your Procore account from Settings, which confirms your Procore company identity, and export RFI logs, submittal logs and other documents from Procore to upload here. Automatic two-way sync of RFIs, submittals and drawings is on the roadmap.
What works with Procore today?
You can connect your Procore account today — Settings → Integrations → Live sync · Procore. That connection currently confirms your Procore company identity; it does not yet move RFI, submittal or drawing data automatically (see below). Until that sync ships, here is what already works without it: export from Procore, drop the file in, and Trueleveler does the paperwork from there.
- RFI logs — export from Procore as PDF or XLSX, upload to the RFI Tracker engine. Every RFI becomes a structured record: number, subject, dates, ball-in-court, status.
- Submittal logs — export from Procore, upload to the Submittal Tracker engine to build your register with statuses and spec sections.
- Any Procore document — drawings, contracts, meeting minutes — uploads like any other project document and joins the project memory.
Does Trueleveler sync automatically with Procore?
Not yet. The account connection is live; automatic two-way sync of RFIs, submittals and drawings is on our roadmap, with no firm ship date to announce yet. When it ships we will document exactly what syncs, in which direction, and how conflicts are handled — on this page. Until then the export-and-upload path above keeps both systems current without double entry. Want to be notified when sync lands? Email support@trueleveler.com and we will put you on the early-access list.
