Working with Sage 300 + Foundation
Working with Sage 300 and Foundation is a file-based workflow today, because there is no live Sage connector yet. You can export your validated General Ledger in Sage-import format, upload a CSV of actuals to Bid vs Actual, and export approved pay apps as G702/G703 PDF plus CSV. Live connectors are in development.

What works with Sage 300 and Foundation today?
The paperwork already flows in both directions by file, although there is no live Sage connector yet.
- Ledger out — export your validated General Ledger in Sage-import format from Finance › General Ledger (Journal entries → Sage). Your books stay current without double entry.
- Actuals in — Bid vs Actual accepts a CSV upload straight from your accounting system (Sage 300, Foundation, QuickBooks) and reconciles it against the estimate.
- Pay-app paperwork — approved pay apps export as G702/G703 PDF plus structured CSV for whatever bridge you use today.

Is there a live Sage connector?
Not yet. Live Sage connectors — AP push, draw data, cost-code mapping — are in development, with no firm ship date to announce yet. Today the clean export bridges the gap; the sync will remove it. Email support@trueleveler.com for the early-access list.
