Schedule Risk · guide
The Schedule Risk guide is the reference for importing a schedule and reading the forecast. Import a P6 XER or MS Project XML, or use the native scheduler, then report both p50 and p90 to your owner: p50 is the date with a 50% chance of finishing by, and p90 is the date at 90% confidence.
How do I import my schedule?
Drag a P6 XER, MS Project XML, or use the native scheduler. Trueleveler indexes activities, predecessors, durations, % complete, and float.
How do I see the forecast without one driver?
Every driver in the full driver list has a checkbox. Untick one and press Recompute forecast to see the forecast without it. The what-if is not saved or logged, and the written summary is not regenerated; run the full analysis again to record a new forecast.
What is the difference between p50 and p90?
p50 = the date with 50% chance of completing by. p90 = 90% confidence. Report both to your owner. Showing only one is misleading.
