What it does

Punch List extracts every noted defect or incomplete item from a closeout walkthrough input — marked-up plans, inspection memo, photos with annotations — into a structured list: item description, trade responsibility, location/room, severity, and suggested close-out action. Output imports to the Punch List tracker for assignment and completion tracking.
