Email Classifier

Email Classifier is a workflow tool that sorts pasted project emails by type and suggests a next action for each. It tags every email as RFI, submittal, invoice, change order, schedule, insurance or general, scores its priority, parses sender and recipient, and does not consume runs.

What does Email Classifier do?

Email Classifier takes project emails and produces a classified, actionable list: every email tagged by type (RFI, submittal, invoice, change order, schedule, insurance, general), priority scored, sender + recipient parsed, and suggested next action per email (e.g., "create RFI tracker entry," "review pay app," "no action").

Paste once a day / week and triage your inbox. Suggested actions link into the appropriate tracker or engine.

How do I classify emails?

To classify emails, open Email Classifier, paste your emails, click Classify, then review the results and act on the suggested next actions.

  1. Open Email Classifier

    Sidebar → Emails.

  2. Paste emails

Any email format works — copy-paste from Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail, or raw .eml. Paste multiple at once separated by blank lines.

  3. Classify

Processing is typically under 20 seconds. No run consumed.

  4. Review + act

Each row has a type pill, priority flag, and one-click suggested action — e.g., "Create RFI tracker entry" opens the RFI tracker with prefilled data.
